Terms of sale

These terms apply to all orders placed with Via Arezzo ApS through the ordering website.

1. Who we sell to

Via Arezzo ApS, CVR 46635299, Trekronergade 105, 2500 Valby, Denmark ("Via Arezzo") sells Italian food and drink to restaurants and other businesses. The ordering website is only for business customers who have a login from us. Consumer rules, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal, don't apply.

2. Orders

An order sent through the website is a request to buy. It becomes binding when Via Arezzo confirms it, after the supplier has confirmed availability, prices and a ready date. We may decline or change an order, for example if a product is unavailable, and we will tell you before going ahead.

3. Prices

Prices on the website are in Danish kroner and exclude VAT. They are guide prices based on our suppliers' current prices and exchange rates. The price you pay is the one on our invoice. Transport from Italy is invoiced separately, and VAT is added to all invoices.

4. Delivery

Goods are transported from Italy to the delivery address of your restaurant. Delivery dates are estimates, because they depend on suppliers and transport. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, strikes, weather or other events outside our control, but we will keep you informed.

Risk for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to your restaurant.

5. Checking goods and complaints

Check the goods when they arrive. Report missing, damaged or wrong goods to info@viaarezzo.dk within 2 working days of delivery, with photos where possible. Chilled and frozen goods must be reported on the day of delivery. If the complaint is justified, we will replace the goods or credit you for them.

6. Payment

Payment terms are 8 days net from the invoice date, unless we have agreed something else in writing. If payment is late, we may charge interest under the Danish Interest Act (renteloven) and a reminder fee.

The goods remain Via Arezzo's property until they have been paid in full.

7. Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the invoiced value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost turnover.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that we can't resolve together are settled by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the first instance.
